To use our Smart Plugs, first download the Smart Life App and register for an account. Power on the plug and ensure that the indicator is flashing. The Smart Life App will automatically detect the plug, and you can then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection process.

If the connection fails, you can try unplugging the device and holding for 5 seconds to reset it. Reconnect via AP mode, and if you still can't find the "SmartLife-xx" hotspot, reach out to us for assistance. If the hotspot is found, check your router settings.

To use the plug with third-party voice assistants, connect it to the Smart Life App, then link your third-party service account (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings) on the App. Alternatively, activate the "Smart Life" skill in the third-party voice assistant's App.

If your plug is broken, no need to worry! We offer a 2-year replacement service. Just reach out to us through Amazon or our official email, and we'll be more than happy to help.
