How to connect it to WiFi? Secured 2.4GHz WiFi Network. Please scan the QR code to download the APP. Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until the red indicator light blinks rapidly to connect the network. If the indicator light remains red, it means that the device is not connected to the network. If the router is changed, please hold the on/off button for 5 seconds to reconnect to the network.

You can add a group of Treatlife smart dimmer switch in the APP and turn on all lights in the house with one click, share the device to your family members.

Q1: Please ensure that your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable for our switch. It's essential to install only one 3-way dimmer switch per circuit. Place the switch on the side near the power source for optimal operation.

Q2: To resolve flashing light issues, utilize one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions. Note: Our product is not compatible with lights controlled by a remote; using it may cause flashing when adjusting brightness. Additionally, unstable network connections may result in flickering lights.

Q3: During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Please recognize the importance of proper wiring for normal operation. Consult the troubleshooting steps in the user manual for proper installation.

Q4: Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure. Follow the pairing steps outlined in the user manual for successful integration.

Q5: The 3-way dimmable switch can be used as a 3-way or single-pole main switch, you can install it to replace a current 3-way setup in a hallway or your bedroom. Just replace one of the two 3-way dimmer switches and leave your other existing 3-way switch in place. Make sure to install Treatlife switch on the line side (the source of power) and the 3-way switch on the other end needs to be a standard/dumb 3-way.
